Finding life balance and inner peace in nature
Me, as a person living in Finland, I´m brought up surrounded by nature. I kind of have it in my DNA to spend time there, mostly by myself. I guess this is why finding life balance and inner peace in nature is for me more or less self-evident. And just as a side note; Finland is according to some studies the happiest country in the world.
Nature is a component of life balance
Spending time in nature is one of the fastest ways to calm down and become grateful for what is. I urge you to look for and read studies about this topic, if you aren´t already aware of the beneficial impact nature has on us humans.
Let me give you just one example on why you should make a deliberate attempt to find time for nature:
If you are living in an environment with noise pollution it can have an increasing effect on your stress levels, it can make you feel more irritable, on edge, frustrated or angry. Noise pollution can even have on effect on mental health and contribute to developing other health issues.
Now wouldn´t it be powerful to balance out or even erase the effect of noise pollution and all the other stress factors, by going out in nature! Please try to keep in mind how important nature is for your mind, body and soul.
